Having worked in High Performance coaching for ten years, Ryan has found a great ability to connect with players of all levels around the world. He has a simple philosophy based around taking care of the small things around you as well as taking care of every connection and interaction you have, has allowed him to get the best out of individuals and teams by optimizing their collective strengths and stretching their comfort zones through unique experiences.

Daniel Seha

Working as a Chief Coach at GKCI since 2021, Daniel has 7 years of Professional Coaching Experience in field of Cricket. Graduated in BSc Hons. in High Performance Sport, Daniel is a Level 2 Advanced Coach from Cricket South Africa and Currently pursuing Level 3 as well as CoachED ELITE Course. He has been a Senior Provincial Assistant Coach & Head of Strength and Conditioning for South Western Cricket in South Africa and Junior National Coach at Cricket Namibia. Apart from having a broad base of knowledge regarding the holistic development of players in Strength & Conditioning, Mental Conditioning, Batting, Bowling, Fielding, Daniel has an upper hand in coaching coaches, leadership, communication and behavioural skills.

Working as a Head Coach & Director at GKCI Chennai since 2021, Jean has 5 years of Professional Experience in the field of Cricket as a Senior Coach and Head of Physical Education. Jean has also completed his Level 3 CoachED Certification. He was a Sports Director at a High School in Cape Town, South Africa. He was also a Senior Coach at a Cricket Academy for Two & Half Years in Cape Town.
